Service Times

Sundays

Each Sunday there are several opportunities to join us for worship.

At 7:30 a.m. we start with Morning Prayer.
Morning Prayer is a service that contains prayers which have been prayed through the centuries and contains readings from Scripture.

At 8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist is celebrated.
This early morning service is a spoken service alternating between a Rite 1 and Rite 2 format.

At 10 a.m. The Cathedral Eucharist is celebrated.
This service includes congregational singing and on most Sundays The Cathedral Choir of Men & Boys singing during the academic year. The late Canon DeMille described the Cathedral Eucharist as a beautiful combination of "elaborate ceremonial with adherence to the Prayer Book."

Adult and Children’s Education takes place between the services at 9 a.m.
Coffee and fellowship follows the 10 a.m. service in the West End of the Cathedral.

In addition to these regular services, a variety of events, such as Choral Evensong, take place routinely at the Cathedral.

In addition to our services, The Cathedral is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Consider stopping in to pray, light a candle or meditate.
